After buying these nuts on eVitamins, I rubbed the price in my sister’s face. They are way more expensive in WM, at least double the price. I tried making nut milk with them, and it was good. But after 15 minutes in the fridge, the fat from the nuts made a layer on top, so I was a bit confused when I turned the bottle upside down and nothing came out. The leftover "nut mass" after making the nut milk, should be used the same day.
Fresh and Tasty, Brazil nuts are by far the single best food source of the trace mineral selenium. Just one single kernel meets 100% of the daily value for this nutrient while a 1 oz serving provides 536.8 mg of selenium or 766% of the daily value. These nuts are tightly packed so the freshness is assured.
