This is a very good conditioner (I also use the shampoo which is good also). My hair was falling out terribly and after using this, I would say within the first week, my hair stopped falling out so much. By the second use, which was the following week, my hair had stopped falling completely. I would definitely recommend this product.
I use Aloe Vera shampoo, and I am very pleased with the results. So, I think it makes sense that I use Aloe Vera conditioner. I get smooth, healthy and great looking hair every time I condition it. I also love the way my hair smells afterwards!
