Dr. Oz recommended taking 200 mg of astragalus in the morning and at night.
  • Brewer's Yeast:
    Brewer's yeast is a fungus that's named as such because it's used in the beermaking process. What makes this yeast beneficial when it comes to your energy is the amount of chromium found within it. Chromium is an essential trace mineral known to regulate the levels of glucose found within the blood. This prevents shifts in energy that make you feel hyper now and lethargic hours later. Sprinkle 1 to 2 tbsp daily on foods like cereal.
  • Amino Acids:
    Amino acids are responsible for creating proteins. They also support lean muscle mass, energy production and heart health while removing toxins. Dr. Oz was especially enthusiastic about the ability of certain amino acids to spike levels of human growth hormone, or HGH.
