I have been taking Total Woman for 10 days and already can feel the difference. I am also experiencing some mild side effects: increased appetite and rash. So I was wondering if anyone shares similar effects? I have developed some Itching soon after taking and can last the whole day and then a rash appears. I don't want to stop by taking them as I feel the benefits outweighs the side effect.
Any advise would be appreciated.

I have been taking those expensive vitamins but hardly noticed any difference. I was suffering from mood-swings, less patience, feeling sick just before my period and above all low sex drive around two weeks before my period. Then one day I was roaming around thinking what else I should try to feel better. I went a shop where I spotted capsules called Total Woman made by Esteem. On the face it said helps maintain energy level and Hormone Balance, then I said to myself maybe this is what I was looking for. I have been taking them for a week now and can feel the difference. I cannot believe my sex drive came back. My hubby is running for his life! What an inexpensive and quality product.
I would recommend to any woman who feels hormonal imbalance.

I started Total Woman in early January 2011 after reading about it online. I have taken many women's vitamins over the years (I'm 43) and was looking for something to help with the moodiness, bloating, and possible early effects of pre menopause as my poor husband was afraid of me at times I think! I had noticed my PMS getting worse and any little thing would set me off...nervous, on edge, anxious so much and none of this is like the old me. I have always been very level headed, calm, analytical, and passionate about things with a great sense of humor and loved helping people. The old me seemed to be leaving and I had to do something as I certainly did not like the symptoms I was having and they were not conducive to my profession as a Registered Nurse for sure! I have taken vitamins for over 20 years. Life Essence One 'n' Only is the best complete vitamin supplement I have been able to find and I have shopped everywhere. I did not notice any difference in mood or energy after taking Total Woman. Oh, and this product contains a mild laxative. If you do not need one, you might consider a different product!
