I've been taking Russian bear for about 3 1/2 months and have gained about 30 pounds. I was 160 LBS and when I woke up this morning I weighed 196 LBS. I'm only 16 and can bench 245 LBS. In my chest is were I have seen my biggest gains but legs and shoulders got much stronger also. It gives you great mass! Sometimes it gives me an acid feeling but just take 3 Tums or "ANTACID " and your good in 15 min!

I read a lot of reviews online before buying Russian Bear 5000. It's awesome. I gained 4lbs in 1 week. I only drink 2-3 scoop per day. I also work out 3 times per week.
