Two-Per-Day delivers all the nutrients I need to supplement with. They give me energy that sustains me throughout the day and during my workouts. I know it's the vitamins because I took them at night twice (right before bed) and ended up not being able to sleep because I had sudden bursts of energy! I think if they are too potent for some people, taking one might be more than enough.
