Stinging Nettle Root really works for raising free testosterone levels. I think the theory is that a ligand or ligands will bind to SHBG and thus leave more testosterone unbound. I am inclined to believe it since I have really easily maintained muscle gains at this point a few months post-hormones, and that's never happened to me before. It works so well, in fact, that I prefer it to the idea of using any other hormone or hormone-like stuff, because I have no side effects.
