How to Use: Remove the protective cap. With your head held upright, insert nozzle into nostril and depress pump completely while breathing in through your nose. When finished, wipe nozzle clean and replace cap.
Directions: Adults and children 12 years and older, use 2 sprays in each nostril every four hours or as need. For children two to 12 years, use one half the adult dosage. For children under two years, consult a health care provider.
