Shipping Vitamins, Herbs and Supplements to Brazil.
All orders are shipped from the United Stated to Brazil. We ship orders from our warehouse located in Shelby Township, MI.
We ship orders to Brazil using International Priority Airmail (IPA) and Priority Mail International (Asendia), both by USPS. The carrier we use will depend on the weight, speed and trackability you select. In our experience, we have found that
packages with a smaller value (under $50)
and light weight usually receive the smoothest process into Brazil with regards to customs and delivery time. On average, deliveries usually take between 10 and 30 business days.
Prohibited and Returned Items
Items may be returned to us for a variety of reasons including customs not allowing certain items into the country. In addition, packages can also be returned due to a bad shipping address. Unfortunately we can not issue a refund of any kind for
orders seized or destroyed by
customs unless the order is returned back to our warehouse in an undamaged and resalable condition. Refunds issued will be for the cost of the merchandise only; shipping costs will not be reimbursed. So if your order gets returned to us, we will
refund your money (the cost of the
order minus the shipping charges) once we receive the item back into our warehouse. Some of the items we sell are prohibited by customs into Brazil. We will try to notify you during checkout to let you know that an item may be prohibited
however it is your responsibility (as the
customer) to make sure the items you are ordering are allowed into Brazil.
What's the shipping cost to Brazil?
The shipping cost of your order to Brazil will depend on the weight of your order and on the track-ability you select. To see a full list of available shipping methods and options, please add your products to your shopping cart and then use the

How long will it take to receive my order?
On average, we usually see orders being delivered within 10 to 30 business days. However, on occasion orders may be delivered as late as 35 business days depending if there are any customs issues.
What to expect after I place my first order?
If you have never placed an order with us before, your first order may be slightly delayed until we can verify your information. We do this to protect you against fraud and verify that the card being used to place the order is from the actual card
holder. Please know that once you have
gone through our initial fraud screening process, subsequent orders are usually much faster to process.
If the shipping address on your order is incorrect, please note that we cannot change the delivery address after an order has been shipped. Please know that we work directly with our shippers to help resolve address issues when possible, but we
cannot be held responsible for any
delays, fees, or other delivery issues if you've made an error in the shipping information on your order. If such an error causes an order to be rejected, lost or destroyed, we cannot issue a refund or replacement of any kind. If the error causes the
order to be sent back to us, you may
be responsible for return shipping fees and we’ll only be able to refund you for the cost of the merchandise only.
Although it is rare for international orders to get lost or delayed, please be aware that it can happen. Due to the import clearance process in your country and depending on the shipping method you chose, international orders can take up to 30
business days to clear customs. An
international order will not be considered ‘lost’ until 30 business days from the date of shipment. We are unable to process claims until 30 business days period has passed. In the event your order has been lost, you must contact our customer
support department at
email@example.com and report it as lost to us within 60 calendar days of date of purchase. Depending on your location, courier selection, and any history of similar problems, we’ll work to help resolve this issue. Orders that hasn't been
reported within 60 calendar days will not be
eligible for refund. Refunds are not available if you choose International Airmail as a shipping method and your order is lost.

please make sure that if you are paying by credit card, your card is an
international card and can process in United States currency.

Customs & Country Regulations
Please know that we do try to adhere to each country individual import policies. While we do our best to make sure that we don’t ship prohibited products into Brazil, it is up to you to double check your country’s import policies before ordering.
Orders that are seized by your local
customs can not be refunded however orders that are returned to us will be refunded the full amount minus shipping charges.
Duties & Taxes
We currently ship all orders DDU (Delivery and Duties Unpaid). This means your package is usually delivered by your local mail carrier at the final destination. Your mail carrier may or may not charge duties and taxes. We do not collect taxes and
duties during checkout and
therefore you are responsible for paying these if you are required by your mail carrier. We usually see that orders and duties are delivered faster when the order value is below $50 USD.
eVitamins cannot be held responsible for any laws or regulations that result in Customs applying additional cost to your order, whether tax or duties, nor any related delivery delays or seized products. In the event additional fees are assessed to
your order, your local Customs
authority will contact you directly. As eVitamins is a United States based company, we bill all our customers who use a debit or credit card in U.S. Dollars and allow the customers card issuing company to process the conversion. By ordering from
eVitamins, you agree to our policies above. eVitamins reserves the right to change these policies at any time, and we also retain the right to refuse service to any customer at our sole discretion.
