More Than a Multiple is really great. Before I started using them I was tired and run down. After using them, my energy levels increased noticeably, and I know that my body is getting a wide array of the nutrients that I needed to add to my diet. The value obtained from these is huge. Before I started taking More Than A Multiple, I was often very tired and just run down. After taking this product for just 3 days, I was feeling great. I purchased More Than A Multiple in March because I had no energy and I wasn't eating healthy. Sometimes I'd only eat one incomplete meal a day. Once I began taking them there was really no change until about the 2nd week. I have never felt so good. And I didn't have to worry that I didn't eat my veggies for the day or the week for that matter. In my opinion I think it is a good investment.

I've been using more than a multiple for aprox 2-years, They are fantastic!! they are the only vitamins that I could take on an empty stomach with no stomach upset at all, They have increased my energy level a great deal, and I also don't get heartburn as often as I used to because they contain digestive enzymes. I love Source of Life I couldn't find it for a while and tried something else but was ecstatic when I found it again. I really need the energy as I work with my first graders and it truly helps me. I take the one without iron for fear of constipation. Most multi vitamins don't give you the option of iron or no iron.

I bought this product because the diet program I'm on required a lot of extra nutrients. This formula provided most of them and some extras. I believe they have helped my general over-all feeling of health. The only thing I don't like is the size of the pill. However, they are coated, which helps them to go down more easily.

I thought I had seen some really good multi-vitamins until my son showed me his bottle of SUPER LIFE. I had never seen anything even close to this before. I bought a bottle for myself and now I feel like I am 25 again and I'm 45. I don't get tired nearly as easily doing sports. My digestion is good and I feel much stronger. Ultra Source of Life w/ Lutein was phenomenal, except when I developed an allergy to it. I had more energy than I had in 15 years, it helped me dramatically with my IBS, and then I became allergic and developed 'serotonin syndrome' and couldn't breathe.

I've been using Ultra Source of Life for the past couple of years and wouldn't want to have to be without it. It makes such a difference in how I feel. There have been several occasions that our finances were crimped and I couldn't afford to buy it (was buying it from a health food store at the time)so I had to settle for another multi-vitamin (Centrum Silver and/or generic brand). When I used the alternative products, I would feel tired by early to mid afternoon. But, with Ultra Source of Life that doesn't happen. I have already recommended it to several people.

This is an awesome multivitamin. I have been using it for about 15 years. I have TMJ and I'm also an older woman. It not only gives me much more energy, it helps my bones and TMJ. I cannot be without this vitamin. I highly recommend it to anyone thinking about trying it. I fell down a steep hill once and hurt my shoulder, then ran out of my vitamins. After getting another supply, my shoulder pain was eased. I cannot be without it!

I have been using Nature's Plus Adult Chewable Multi-Vitamin for over ten years. I have tried many other similar products but none have measured up to Nature's Plus. This product has the most quantity of vitamins in chewable form on the market while also having the most agreeable taste (Pineapple). I have never had any quality issues with the product and the tablets seem to keep incredibly well for an extremely long duration in the bottle (a good sign of quality manufacturing) and rarely (if ever) have I seen a broken tablet.

These vitamins may cost more than the usual store bought vitamins. I take 9 per day. I also work nights and get only a few hours sleep some days. I feel the best I have felt in years. I am a former police office with the City of Phoenix. I wish i would have taken these while working nights, as I believe I would have been safer and have better mental clarity. Thanks to Garden of Life for a superior product. It does cost alot more, but take it from me, it does work.

The Super 2 Daily multivitamin is fantastic! My doctor recommended it, and it is the only multivitamin I have found that does not upset my stomach when I take it. You do have to take it twice a day and the pills are very large, which may be a downside to some, but hasn't been an issue for me. I would definitely recommend this product.

The only contraindication in Life Essence is ginkgo biloba. I take antihypertensives and my blood pressure skyrocketed. I am glad I did not have a stroke. My numbers were really high. I am a registered nurse. My cardiologist said to throw away all of my ginkgo biloba for it is contraindicated with people who are on antihyperstensives. Otherwise, I would say Life Essence is a great vitamin!!! This is not a known well fact with people who are on antihypertensives.

My husband and I have been taking this product for over 6 years and it is the best multi vitamin we have ever taken. Other multi vitamins we tried had such a bad after taste and gave gas type symptoms. This one does not have any "after" effects and the taste is mild if you take it with your breakfast and dinner as per the directions. By taking this product, you will see long term results. The first thing you will notice is that you will not get as sick and will get a less mild case of a cold or flu than other family members or friends. We are in our late 40's and late 50's and we look younger than our friends that are the same age as us. It proves to us that this multiple is slowing down our age process at least 5 years. Over time you will notice your skin healthier, less dry and just looks healthier over all and good health is maintained. My husband and I (along with daily exercise) do not show any signs of high blood pressure, high cholesterol, diabetes etc. We have not had to take a flu shot to avoid any of the bad flu viruses. If we get a touch of the cold, it only turns into a short few days of the sniffles. Any flu-like symptoms are very mild compared to a normal bad flu germ. This product is expensive but it is worth it for good health. It really helps when we are so busy to get all these nutrients (fruits and vegetables) in our diet on a daily basis. I would recommend this product to anyone that wants to better or maintain their good health along with common sense eating habits and exercise.

Alive! Vegetarian Capsules seem okay although after taking only one a day for two days, it seems so strong. Has anyone else noticed this? It seems too strong and I would not take more than one a day.
