I've tried diuretics before, but they've given me stomach cramps and a dry mouth. Water Balance is gentle on the stomach, no dry mouth, and incredibly effective! I also feel safe taking them regularly since they're natural. No more bloating before periods. I'm really pleased. Just ordered 2 more bottles. I LOVE IT!

For years I have suffered from excess water retention. Sometimes I can feel my hands and legs swelling during the night and it wakes me up. The doctor has given me lasix, but that never seemed to work very well. I quit taking them and am on my second bottle of Michael's Water Balance Factor. Even when I forget to take them, I still feel their benefits. My hands bend normally and my rings fit more loosely. I don't swell at night any more either!

I used Cell U Loss several years ago because I retained fluid in my foot to the point where it formed a bubble on the top of my foot. My sister, who was an Herbalife distributor told me about Cell U Loss. I used it and it immediately took the fluid out of my foot. I love it because I no longer have that bubble on the top of my foot.

Cell-U-Loss did not do that much for me. It's been a month now, and there is very little change. Taking into consideration that I workout regularly, results should have been much more noticeable. Can't say I can recommend this product.

I noticed minimal bowl movement, but had very bad gas and most of all bloating. The bloat feeling was terrible. Made me uncomfortable and made me feel fat. I will not take again. I had used another natures secret with good results. so I thought this might be good also. No.

I have been using this product for 2 weeks. Nothing has changed. I have been drinking the required large amounts of water. My bowel habits have not changed. Actually, at the beginning it seemed to make them worse with constipation and bloating. I was going to stop taking them but I continued for the full 15 days. The bloating went away but I have still not noticed any difference. I am disappointed. I wish I had a better review.

At 5'4" started at 154, took for 15 days BUT kept calories under 1300, and added 30 minutes of exercise per day. 15 days later, 149! Maybe I expected a miracle, but I attribute the loss to the diet and exercise. Don't waste your money.

I started taking the suggested amount per day for 4-5 days and NOTHING. I increased to 3 tablets a serving 3 times a day and drank tons of water and still NOTHING. I was disappointed.

I started using this a year ago in order to fit into a one size too small bridesmaid dress. Soon enough that zipper went up. I combined it with regular cardio and eating healthy. Everytime I go off the wagon I take this for two weeks and cleans me right out! There are no side effects but you can expect to poop several times a day. I suggest investing in a good bottle of Febreeze! Great product!

I have used 15 Day Weight Loss Cleanse and Flush multiple times and it works very well. I started at 215 pounds and, after using this product, I am now down to 160 pounds. I didn't notice a change right away but after using it a few times it has changed my life. I depend on this product now and would highly recommend it.

I have been using Nature's Secret and Irwin Naturals products for years but I must say I am completely disappointed with 15 Day Weight Loss Cleanse and Flush. After 2 weeks of using this product, in addition to eating only whole foods and my normal exercise routine, I feel, look, measure, and pass bowels exactly the same. I feel ripped off!

Not only does 15 Day Weight Loss Cleanse and Flush not make you "lose weight" by cleansing you enough to flatten the tummy, it doesn't even make you go to the bathroom. It's a waste of money. Don't bother.

The GI tract is a tube designed to extract nutrients - it doesn't participate in "cleansing." Results seen with products such as 15 Day Weight Loss Cleanse and Flush are the result of the "placebo effect." There is no scientific/medical evidence of "cleansing." Indeed, it is the snake oil of our age. The only solution for weight loss and increased health is a healthy diet and exercise - this requires a lifestyle change, not a "magic pill."

I absolutely LOVE 15 Day Weight Loss Cleanse and Flush! I just bought my 4th box the other day. This is the 4th in 7 months. The first 4 days I didn't really notice anything, but after that it was definitely working! After a week and a half, I lost inches in my waist. This time I will take the Super Cleanse to maintain what I've lost. It's great for special events. Drink lots of water because it has natural diuretics. I drop water weight and get cleansed. It has no stimulant. I just felt lighter.

I have been on the product for one week now and haven't had any change at all in weight. If you visit the bathroom more frequently it's because of the additional water intake. I will not be purchasing 15 Day Weight Loss again!

I've been taking the 15 Day Weight Loss Cleanse and Flush for about one week now. It has definitely provided a cleansing effect for me this first week. I wasn't sure what to expect, so I cautiously began with one tablet, once a day. Now, on the second day, I tried one in the morning, and one at night. That worked great with immediate results and that is what I've been doing all week and I really can tell a difference. My energy level has been good, and no weird cravings, abdominal pain, etc. I have been dieting and eating healthy, and I would suggest that as well for anyone trying this.

I used Watershed Diuretic for a month straight and it was 100% bogus. This company (Absolute Nutrition) has one of the worst reps in the industry and is run by guys who don't give a crap about what they make. There are far better products out there. If you want to use something that works better than this product, have a cup of coffee.

Watershed actually lives up to its promise. I am not a body builder, but I was looking for a quick effective way to drop water weight. I stepped on the scale after three days and was thoroughly pleased and frankly surprised, as I was skeptical. Best of all, I had none of the side effects of over the counter diuretics. Follow the directions and use this product sparingly for quick weight loss for those special occasions. I intend to always have a bottle on hand in my cabinet.

I used this as my pre-bodybuilding show diuretic. I absolutely could not believe the amazing results. My skin just drained itself of water. I took Xpel for the first time during the day, and the next morning I had dropped 3 lbs! It was great. However, it all came back within the next few days even though I was still taking the pills. I will continue to take them until the jar is empty and see what happens. I really think it just provides some short time relief.

I've been taking Xpel for 4 days on a 10 day cycle and I've not seen any major results. What I have found is that I get nauseous 30 minutes after I take the pills, however it does go away about 30 minutess after that. I usually need to drink a ton of water and eat something to kill the sour stomach. I am hoping to see some results here soon as I plan on finishing this bottle as both part experiment and heck I paid for it so I'm going to finish it. I work out 4 times a week and I'm having trouble finding that 6 pack (not beer) so I am hoping this along with the workout and diet will help me gain the tightness I am looking for. One more thing is this product zaps my energy as well, again I am going to finish the cycle just so I can be sure when I say this makes the "not recommended list".

This product is amazing. Not only is it safe, but it dries you out as much as possible without having to drop the bodyfat. I can't imagine what it would look like if I dropped my fat levels to competition levels. I feel extremely full and not flat at all! Xpel has helped my workouts in ways that were not anticipated. I recommend this product to anyone who is a competitive bodybuilder or to anyone who just likes to look good.
