Product Description

Recommended Use: Smoke Free Naturally is a sublingual medication. Place tablet under tongue and let dissolve. Tablets work best when taken at least 15 minutes before or after eating, brushing your teeth, or drinking anything except water.

Adults: Stop smoking completely. For the first 3 weeks, take 1 tablet every hour. During weeks 4 through 6, take 1 tablet every 2 hours, or as needed. Weeks 7 through 9, reduce to 1 tablet 4 times a day, or as needed.

NOTES: Package includes "Helpful Hints: how to become an ex-smoker." Written by an ex-smoker, it explains what to expect and what you can do to help yourself succeed in kicking the habit.

My husband and I both used this and it is incredible! Prior to this we tried hypnosis,, and the pills that made us feel like we were going to kill someone. This actually worked! And because it also contains an appetite suppressant, I only gained a couple pounds. It has been over a year and the only reason I am on this site is to look this up to print out the info for the pills for someone else!
