There is no substitute for diet and exercise but this is not that. Even still, I have hypertension and noticed slight elevations in BP and pulse, so I discontinued. This was however the safest looking of all of the choices. So, I will stick to diet and exercise!

I took Cuur and lost 15 pounds in 3 months. It's very easy to use; I have less of an appetite and no loss of energy. I recommend it.
