I love this stuff! It works better than any over the counter supplement I've tried in the past couple of years, including some that cost up to $170. I still have to diet and exercise. Part of my weight loss plan was to have a different entrée salad every night for dinner after work five nights a week. And I started losing. But the problem was that the salad digested quickly and I was hungry again before long. Ephedra 5 takes the edge off of my appetite, so that I can feel satisfied with less food. It also helps fend off my cravings so that even if there's something I want, I don't HAVE to. It's like willpower in a bottle! It does keep me awake at night sometimes (even though I always take it before noon) and it makes me jittery sometimes. If you take this by itself and expect it to do all the work for you, forget it. But if you're willing to put forth some effort and you just need a little extra push, I definitely recommend Ephedra 5.

I purchased Ephedra 5 to help me lose weight and help with my appetite. I was not pleased. It did not do anything it claims to do. I was very disappointed.

Ephedra 5 will give you an awesome boost when you first take it but you are like to crash just as hard. Had I known, I would've saved my receipt and exchanged for my regular Hydroxicut Hardcore.
