Ingredients: Water, Arnica Montana Flower Extract, Hypericum Perforatum Extract, Calendula Officinalis Flower Extract, Mentha Piperita (Peppermint) Leaf Extract, Macadamia Ternifolia Seed Oil, Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride, Glyceryl Stearate, Cetearyl Alcohol, Menthol, Beeswax, Glycerin, Methyl Salicylate, Tocopheryl Acetate (Vitamin E), Pentylene Glycol, Citrus Grandis (Grapefruit) Fruit Extract, Phenoxyethanol.

Recommended Use: Massage a liberal amount into the areas of discomfort such as strained muscles, joints, pumps, bruises and common sports injuries. Apply three or four times a day, especially before bedtime.

WARNINGS: For external use only. Wash hands thoroughly after use. Do not use with a heating pad. Do not bandage tightly. Keep away from eyes, mucous membranes, and broken or irritated skin. If skin redness or irritation develops, or if pain lasts for more than 10 days, discontinue use and see a physician. This creme is intended for minor injuries only.
