Recommended Use: Follow after HydroPeptide Anti-Aging Infusing Cleanser. Apply a small amount of HydroPeptide Anti-Aging Stimulating Toner to cotton pad, Apply wet pad to clean, dry skin. HydroPeptide Tone is supposed to be for skin lightening and wrinkles and I think it does a fantastic job. It's not stripping or drying either. It feels really hydrating and give a nice deep clean. I noticed a change in my brown spots within a month.
