Definitely works better than a lot of the "imitation" Hoodia pills out there! I almost forgot to eat yesterday!

Hi I totally love Hoodia Supreme 400mg. As the other customer said, if I take the all the pills at the same time, I feel like I had 4 cups of coffee. So I take one in the morning and one in the evening and maybe some times I have 3 a day. It has no side effects on me. Only my mouth get dry some times. I would recommend this to any one. I can't live with out this. I tried some thing else and it sucked. This is the best!

I love the comfortable feeling of not being hungry. If I take two Hoodia Supreme at the same time, I get the shakes, so I take one in the AM & one in the (early) PM. I notice that if I eat something that I should not after taking the hoodia, I get sick to my stomach. It's like a signal that it will not accept certain foods. This is all new for me, but I feel good about the Hoodia and will continue it.
