Chewable DHA for Kids is easy to use. You can puncture the capsule with a knife and put it into anything. I like to put it in fruit smoothies. It hardly changes the taste, but make sure your child isn't allergic to fish oil.

Carlson's Chewable DHA for Kids is a wonderful product! There is a noticeable difference in vison and memory with my son. It's really helpful for eczema too.
