Ingredients: Galphimia glauca 4X, 12X, 30X (specific for allergies; asthma; vaso-motor rhinitis; neurodermitis; hayfever; 10 ml each/100 ml)
Luffa operculata 4X, 12X, 30X (rhinitis; sinusitis; mucosal inflammation 10 ml each/100 ml)
Histaminus 12X, 30X, 200X (allergic illnesses; rhinitis; bronchial asthma 5 ml each/100 ml)
Sulphur 12X, 30X, 200X (reddened lips, ears and eyelids; nasal congestion indoors; burning eyes 5 ml each/100 ml)

Recommended Use: Adults and Children above 6 years: Unless otherwise directed by a physician, 1-2 sprays into each nostril 3-5 times daily. Infants and Children to 6 years: 1 spray into each nostril 3-4 times daily.

I have chronic sinusitis that's triggered by allergies (dust, mold, pollution, smoke, etc.) This works quicker than Claritin and lasts about 4 hours before I need another spray, and by that time I'm usually out of the area that caused my symptoms. During the height of allergy season, I spray before I leave for work, once at lunch, and once before leaving work and I can normally prevent any symptoms. After that, I use it whenever I have a bout and it works within 5-10 minutes and it does a great job. Additionally, besides a little throat drainage - NO SIDE EFFECTS!
