WARNINGS: As with all dietary supplements, pregnant women or people on medication should consult physician before taking. Sealed with a tamper evident cap for your protection.

I am very susceptible to colds and have started using Airborne recently. It does seem to help reduce the length and severity of the colds I get. But it tastes TERRIBLE! I'm wondering if I could dissolve it in lemonade and it would still work just as well.

I do freelance work in nursing homes and my husband works in a senior citizen apartment building. We both get flu shots and both take airborne (or a generic version, if available) at the first sign of a cold. Neither of us has missed a day of work in two years. Pretty good testimony in my book. The one drawback is that all the flavors taste the same, yucky!

I took Airborne as soon as I felt a sore throat coming on. Everyone I work with has had this cold, and it is a bad one, lasting 3-4 weeks. I started taking Airborne, and it never really turned into a cold - I had a sore throat for a couple of days and a little bit of a runny nose, and then it was gone. I only took one a day instead of every 3-4 hours, and it worked for me.

I took Airborne Lemon-Lime and my blood pressure shot to 192/110. My pulse went to 129 within 5 minutes. I called 911, thinking I was having a stroke. My vital signs abated within the hour, but it was scary. I would not suggest taking this product if you have hypertension, unless you talk with your physician first.
