We started comparing Enzymes about 2 years ago, when they determined my son would do better on them and it would help reduce his GERD from prematurity. I started comparing labels in the health food store. Being on a limited budget, Fast Food Enzymes had the largest combo of the enzymes that were recommended to me, without having to buy them separately. They worked very well for not only my son, but my husband and I as well, when our stomachs needed a little extra something (due to eating veggies or beans that didn't agree with us).
