Recommended Use: During the first 5 days:

Morning: On an empty stomach, take 2 Paranil capsules with a large glass of water. Wait about 15-20 minutes, then move on to the Colonix Intestinal Cleanser. Use the plastic scoop included to mix ½ scoop of Colonix fiber in a glass of beverage of your choice. Drink your fiber mix quickly because if you let it sit too long it will become very thick and you’ll have to prepare a new portion. Follow it up with a large glass of water.

During the day: In order for the cleansing to work most effectively, you must consume at least 8 glasses of pure (filtered or bottled) water a day.

Evening: Before going to bed, steep a bag of KleriTea in a cup of hot water for 1-2 minutes initially. This special formula will help digest your dinner, ensure proper elimination, have a cleansing effect on the liver, kidneys and bowels, and relax your body so that you can have a nice, restful sleep.

During days 6 - 30 (Or until a thorough cleanse is achieved, which could be up to 60 – 90 days.)
Take 4 Paranil capsules in the morning on an empty stomach with a big glass of water. Increase the amount of Colonix to one full scoop and let the tea bag soak for 3-6 minutes. Drink at least 8 glasses of water per day.

Days 31 - 60 or 90 (as needed)
We recommend that before you begin your second month of cleansing, you take a five-day break from the Paranil capsules and the KleriTea, and continue taking the Colonix fiber only. On the sixth day start taking 4 Paranil capsules and resume drinking the tea each night.

WARNINGS: If the cleansing action of the Colonix Program is too strong, reduce the amount of fiber and/or steep the KleriTea filters for less than two minutes, until the desired cleansing action is reached. If the cleansing action is not strong enough, first increase your water intake, then increase the amount of fiber to 1-1½ scoops and/or steep the tea for 6-8 minutes, until the desired cleansing action is achieved.

Describe yourself: I've been using Colonix Advanced Internal Cleaning Program for more than 6 months. I'm still waiting to see results or notice a difference. I think Colonix Advanced Internal Cleaning Program taste is tolerable.

Colonix Advanced Internal Cleaning Program just doesn't work. I would recommend someone use Metamucil instead. It's cheaper and works better.

Describe yourself: I've been using Colonix Advanced Internal Cleaning Program for more than 6 months. I started seeing results or noticing a difference immediately. I think Colonix Advanced Internal Cleaning Program taste is tolerable.

I did this cleanse 2 years ago and am looking forward to doing it again. This is the best product out there for colon cleansing! I can't recommend Colonix enough.

In my opinion Colonix is by far the best cleanser that's ever come on the market. I use it pretty much every 6 months for maintenance and every time I find some weird stuff in my toilet that wasn't supposed to be in me. Gave me lots of energy, and the fiber is best to take daily. I can only recommend it to everybody.

Describe yourself: I've been using Colonix Advanced Internal Cleaning Program for between 1 and 3 months. I'm still waiting to see results or notice a difference. I think Colonix Advanced Internal Cleaning Program taste chaulky.

I lasted 30 days on Colonix, and all it did was make me constipated. I followed the instructions perfectly. I called Dr. Natura. I talked to them, but I was constantly constipated. Not to mention the cramps and bloating Colonix gave me too. I would be careful using Colonix. It's hyped up by so many people, but doesn't live up to the hype, especially when you are constipated the entire time.

Colonix worked great. I had several large bowel movements each day and no more constipation.
