I learned about this Echinacea / Goldenseal product 10 years ago. I never get the flu shot, I don't go to the doctor. When I feel like I'm getting sick I will take Echinacea/Goldenseal liquid with warm to hot water until I feel better (usually 1-3 days) then I stop taking it. I have about 50 of my empoyees taking this instead of cold medicine. Elderberry extract is good too.

 Where is Echinacea grown?

Echinacea is a wildflower native to North America. While echinacea continues to grow and is harvested from the wild, the majority used for herbal supplements comes from cultivated plants. The root and/or the above-ground part of the plant during the flowering growth phase are used in herbal medicine.
