This product was recommend to me by a friend. I take one about an hour before I'm ready for bed and one more just as I'm getting ready to lay down. It totally relaxes me. The best part is that no matter how early I have to get up, I feel great! There are no side-effects (grogginess, drowsiness, etc.). It's all natural..

Tranquilnite Plus did help a little bit, not much though. Maybe a 3 tablet does was not enough, I would not buy it again!
