Describe yourself: I've been using C Food Complex for between 1 and 3 months. I started seeing results or noticing a difference immediately. C Food Complex has no taste.

I have to tell you that during flu season - when I stopped taking C Food Complex, I started to feel the flu coming on. It kept my immune system fighting strong. I also lost a few pounds without doing anything since I started taking this.
