Recommended Use: To help relieve congestion, add one or two drops to a cup of hot water and inhale the vapors. As a gargle, add one drop to eight ounces or warm water and mix well. For strained, tired muscels and aches, dilute one drop with a tablespoon of olive oil and use externally as a massage.
