A friend recommended this as a great supplement for my teen daughter. She is now 16 & has been taking it for the past 4 years. I just ordered it for the 1st time on eVitamins because the health food/vit store I was getting it from closed. It's also a fair price, so I'm a happy customer!

My 14 year old son has taken Teen Active for several years and we totally swear by it. You can tell within 48 hours sometimes less if he hasn't taken them. For him, it acts as a mood stabilizer and controls his impulses. When he was young he took Nature's Plus Pedi-active for the same result. He has taken these every morning since he was 7 years old. We pair this with an Omega Fish oil product to help with focus. When he was 7, he was failing first grade, never getting his work done and unable to stay on task at all. He lost recess everyday. His teacher kept a record of how many times she told him to get back to work in a 3 hour period and it was 36. That night we started a low carb diet and he took the pediactive and coromega fish oil at bedtime and at breakfast with a protein breakfast and I packed his lunch - no white sugar, flour, nitrates and dyes. The teacher met me at the door and asked what I did and then told me that day he was only out of his seat 4 times and by the end of the week it was 0 times during his work session. He got his work done and ended successfully. When he was 12 we switched to teen active and Omega Mood both swallow able pills. He takes 3 each morning and that is it, we only give him a second dose if he has a theater performance at night. His psychologist said he went from off the charts on the ADHD scale to normal within 6 months. No one knows he was ever labeled at all. Sure he is a little impulsive at times but he is also 14.

My daughter was having trouble paying attention in school. A counselor suggested that we try a natural product and we came across Teen-Active. I didn't tell the teachers that I was doing this and I had a meeting with them about 2 months later and they said that she was paying attention in class. My daughter made the comment that she tried to day dream and she couldn't. I will put her back on it before school this year maybe we will have a lot better grades.
