I love Source of Life I couldn't find it for a while and tried something else but was ecstatic when I found it again. I really need the energy as I work with my first graders and it truly helps me. I take the one without iron for fear of constipation. Most multi vitamins don't give you the option of iron or no iron.

This is an awesome multivitamin. I have been using it for about 15 years. I have TMJ and I'm also an older woman. It not only gives me much more energy, it helps my bones and TMJ. I cannot be without this vitamin. I highly recommend it to anyone thinking about trying it. I fell down a steep hill once and hurt my shoulder, then ran out of my vitamins. After getting another supply, my shoulder pain was eased. I cannot be without it!
