I found All One by accident. Not sure how much my body was absorbing from pills (and reading horror stories about the contents of some vitamins) and not actually sure of the percentage of actual vitamins and minerals in the pill. The powder form has made life so much easier. I mix All One with a bit of low fat milk and a banana and make my own power drink. I can take as much or as little as I wish. It dissolves easily and has a pleasant taste. After six weeks, I feel better than I have in a very long time. If you have doubts, try it, you really have nothing to lose and the price is no more than you'd pay for "high quality" vitamins in the health food store.

After many years of taking hard tablet vitamins that often were hard to go down, this All-One powder vitamin was such a great find. We have been taking it a few months and the engery level we get after taking All-One Rice Base is amazing. We are vegan and are happy to see such a quality product that is all vegan. We have been recommending this to all our friends. Powder vitamins are the way to go and this vegan formula is great. We get so much energy from this that we only take it mornings or lunch - it is great. We shake it with a small amount of apple juice and the taste is fine. We originally found out about All-One from a vegan discussion board and we are sure glad we did.
