Menopause may be too narrow a use of this product. My wife, in her late 30s, suffered from chronic depression (classic symptoms of laying in bed most of the day on some days, very irritable, dark disposition, etc). We started this product over 5 years ago. With a little cardiovascular activity each day and this supplement she maintains emotional health and a normal life. When she runs out and misses a few days, it is very apparent that we need to get more. This is a great product for our needs. We have our life back.
