My orthopedic surgeon recommended Pure MSM to me 5 years ago in lieu of getting a knee operation. I have been using it ever since. It is wonderful! You do have to give it a chance to work, you will start feeling the difference after 3 weeks of daily use and you also know when you miss a day. I highly recommend this product, I have tried in pass other manufacturers and it does not give you the same results, save your money and buy only TriMedica Pure MSM.
