Ingredients: Ingredients: Water, Vitamin E Acetate, Stearic Acid, Cetyl Alcohol, Glyceryl Stearate, Grapefruit Extract, Octyl Palmitate, Cetyl Esters, Progesterone, Aloe Vera Gel, Glycerin, Keratin, Propylene Glycol, Polysorbate 80, Diazolidinylurea, Carbomer, Sweet Almond Oil, Triethanolamine, Methylparaben, Panthenol, Sodium Hyaluronate, Propylparaben.

Source of progesterone is Mexican Wild Yam.

Recommended Use: Massage 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon of cream twice daily to any of the following areas: hands, belly, inner arms, neck, face, thighs, buttocks and breasts until absorbed, alternating application sites. Use for 21 days or as needed. Discontinue for 7 days and repeat.

WARNINGS: For External Use Only. If irritation occurs, discontinue use. Consult a healthcare professional before using this or any product during pregnancy or lacation, if you have hyperthyroidism or any medical condition. According to the manufacturer, this product contains a chemical known to the State of California to cause cancer. Keep out of the reach of children. Store in a cool, dry place.

NOTES: This product contains natural progesterone (900 mg per jar) that can bring relief from hot flashes, night sweats, mood changes and other symptoms of PMS and menopause. FemGest contains NO mineral oil and has not been tested on animals!

This has helped me so much! I wish I'd found this product sooner. Going into pre menopause my "cycle" was becoming totally erratic, w/ episodes of heavy bleeding. I constantly had mood swings, headaches, and insomnia, like I had PMS all the time. Just an hour after using this the first time I felt a burst of energy and calm. Over the next week or so the headaches vanished. I am becoming regulated. Thank you again.

Fem-Gest Progesterone Cream is amazing. It has controlled the hot flashes and helped with the dryness problem. Even my gynecologist was impressed. Thanks for a great natural product.

Fem-Gest, along with Estroven, has pretty much eliminated my hot flashes, and I find that I sleep much better. Takes a week or two to get results, though.

Fem-Gest has helped me tremendously with pre-menopausal symptoms and fibrocystic breast syndrome! I highly recommend this product to any symptom-frustrated woman!

I have been using Fem-Gest for almost a year now and I absolutely love it! It absorbs quickly, has a very pleasant fragrance, and is very reasonably priced. I like to use it mainly at night just before bedtime. It has a wonderful calming effect and really works on my menopausal symptoms. I would highly recommend Fem-Gest to any woman going through menopause, it is a great product!
