Recommended Use: 1. Place 1 or 2 of the inserts inside the holder.
2. Turn your GladRag over. Snap it around your underwear. The tag side goes next to your underwear and the smooth side goes next to your body.
3. Change your GladRag (holder and inserts) about as often as you would a disposable pad.

I ordered these pads because I don't want to use disposables. Now I have other reasons and am really glad I got the day pads. These are far more comfortable to wear than disposable pads and launder well. I generally line dry my clothes and the pads are always dry and ready for use the next day. The extra small effort it takes to soak before washing is more than worth it compared to the savings over time and the reduction in trash. I much prefer these cotton pads and will never go back to store bought.
