I just started taking Basic Essentials. I was tired of taking multi-vitamins in capsules and tablet form. Also saves you money on all the listed ingredients that Balanced Essentials has than buying so many other kinds of supplements.

I caught this product on sale and since I was looking for a liquid multi vitamins I gave it a try. What a pleasant surprise. I have more energy after only taking it for a couple of weeks. I have been taking it twice a day, a recommend for the first month. It's a little sweet for my taste but overall the taste is not that bad.
