After taking Human Growth Complex and one other as a PHD and Health Researcher, found this product to be helpful. I suffer from MS and Systemic Lupas both are debilitating diseases but now past 50 I've lived longer and am still walking when I was not suppose to see 40. I taught body building and fitness early on and did not forget the benefits of nutritional supplements. Good product Thanks!
