I gave it 5 stars just for the ease of mixing and powder dissolving. It doesn't clump into a nasty, gooey mess like others. You can mix it with a fork or spoon. The taste is good, the little bit of sweetening with the stevia is just right. I put a touch of cinnamon and nutmeg in it and mix mine half and half with skim milk and water. I like it. I'll be using it twice a day for meal replacement. I think there's also a vanilla flavor I want to try. I'd recommend trying it.
