I have used Vitamin D3 for about 9 months. The high dosage of 4000 IU is great. I take 3 a day. I have more energy and my aches have gone away.

Solar D Gems Vitamin D3 4000 IU's don't bother my stomach like some Vitamin D products do. This is a great value.
