I am about to go on this diet again. About 2 years ago I was taking this and was really determined to lose my weight. I lost 30 pounds in about 4 months or a little less!!! My daughters were so amazed at how good I looked! This is the best diet pill on the market! If anyone says it doesn't work then they didn't follow the instructions!! You HAVE to use it exactly how it tells you to! I recommend this to anyone!!

For the results I got after one month on Alli-Starter Pack was rediculous. I lost 2 lbs, I should have saved my money, I can lose 2 lbs with a good laxative in 2 days. Save your hard earned cash. I would give it 0 stars if available.

This product only works if you follow a specific plan. I took it for 3 weeks and only lost 1 pound. I quit taking ALLI because it made me nauseous. I have since watch my eating habits and am exercising without ALLI and I have lost 8 pounds. Why did I spend the money on this stuff? Not to smart.

The ALLI weight loss plan is nothing more than good common sense that any weight loss practioner would recommend. If you follow the professionals recommendations you will loose weight, why spend money on ALLI. I did not know this until I got the product home. Save your money folks.
