I started using this product a year ago because I noticed my hair was thinning. It was recommended by my hair stylist. My hair has thickened and has grown so much that my hair maintenance has increased because of it. It has also contributed to the growth and strengthing of my nails. It is a necessity for me and I use it along with the rest of my vitamin regimen.
