This is a great supplement for anyone who is on a weightlifting program. It increases strength, quickens recovery and it is highly affordable. I think this product is great. I take 4 pills 3 times a day with a meal and I notice a huge difference in my training and the way I feel throughout the day. You can't go wrong.
