I'm 55, taking Mr. 8-Hr Energy it was great. I had energy all day, no problems getting to sleep at night. Felt energized about 30 minutes after taking the 8-Hr energy pill. Product performs as advertised. Although with my recent physical, my EKG showed a irregular heart beat, and my doctor ask that I not take it any longer. Got to say though I really like how the 8-Hr Energy performed.

I've never endorsed anything before, let alone a pill, but 8-Hr Energy is for real, and eVitamins sells it for the best price I could find. I use it to curb my appetite. It works all day and help gives you the "willpower" to stick to a low carb diet. With my diet and working out, I've lost 15 lbs in about 10 weeks. The energy benefits are good too, but since the product is time-released it takes about an hour to really start to kick in. You're better of using regular caffeine pills or an energy drink if you want something that works quicker.
