So, in my opinion the Nature's Life prenatal multiple is the best item in the world for woman who takes an active interest in health in this very special time. Having realized I'm pregnant, I started to look for something with a wealth of vitamins and minerals for me and my baby, but not including many chemical additives.

I was told to start taking prenatal vitamins for their overall benefits, but I'm not pregnant. I just needed a better multi-vitamin because I need the energy as I work with little kids. I only take 1/2 dose (3 instead of 6) but have great results. Lots of energy and a great boost to my immune system! However, if I take a 4th pill, I have a lot of nausea shortly after.

  • Using for:
  • more than 6 months.
  • Results:
  • about 1 week.
  • Taste:
  • taste is tolerable.
  • Taken With:
  • with food
  • Side Effects:
  • Made Me Nauseous
  • Bad Aftertaste
