I really couldn't take vitamins during my pregnancy because I was so sick. I did take the Perfect Prenatal when I could because I could take them on an empty stomach without any problem. Now that I am nursing I can really tell a different about how I feel. Within a day of not taking them, I can tell I have less energy and just not feeling too well all together.
