One hard Twinlab Niacin gelatin capsule supplies 500 mg of pure crystalline niacin (vitamin B-3).

WARNINGS: Niacin may cause flushing, tingling, and skin reddening, particularly on an empty stomach.

I started taking Niacin approximately 5 years ago on the advice of my family Dr. My cholesterol was 238 and my triglycerides were 300. Within 6 months my cholesterol was 124 and triglycerides were 47. I take two 500 mg tablets a day, one in the morning and one at night. At first I had some niacin flush, but after a couple of weeks I have nothing. Greatest supplement I have ever taken.

more than 6 months.
Results:
at least a month.

No taste.
