My orthopedic surgeon recommended Pure MSM to me 5 years ago in lieu of getting a knee operation. I have been using it ever since. It is wonderful! You do have to give it a chance to work, you will start feeling the difference after 3 weeks of daily use and you also know when you miss a day. I highly recommend this product, I have tried in pass other manufacturers and it does not give you the same results, save your money and buy only TriMedica Pure MSM.

If you can handle big tablets, then MSM Extra Strength is fantastic. I have MS and, with any other product, I would be taking up to 10 pills a day. With this product, I only need three.

Neither I nor my wife could use MSM Extra Strength, since it comes as huge "horse pills" that neither of us could gag down. If you want MSM, stay away from this product. Tablet size needs to be reduced by at least 50%.
