I have actually used this product for a few years now. It is hard to find. I take 2 in the morning with food then 2 at night with a glass of water before I go to bed. This product contains Horny Goat Weed(epimedium). I would put it up against any other product out there and it costs a lot less. I turned 30 a while back and this product makes me perform like I was 18 again. I feel stronger and a better sense of well being. My erections are harder. For sure it is the main thing I noticed. I haven't noticed any side effects from using this product but everyone may be different I don`t know. I would highly recommend this product.
