I turned 50 this past June - while on this product - I benched 365lbs for 2 reps for the first time in more than 25 years. I have all kinds of energy to lift - the love live has improved - wife tells me I'm firmer and almost lasting two long : ). I plan to continue taking this product. I did notice weight gain with this product - some 20lbs.
