I had trouble digesting vitamins in "pill" form. Someone suggested trying liquid form mulit-vitamins so I tried Balanced Essentials...and I won't go back! Your body doesn't have to work so hard to digest the outer layer of a "pill" form, so the nutrients can get right in your body and do what they're supposed to. I also have terrific energy from it. The only sidetrack is when you go on vacation, it's challenging to bring the vitamin - since it should be refrigerated. I think they sell travel size too.
