this stuff is GREAT when you need that extra pick me up to power thru work or a workout, but make sure you take one about half an hour before hitting the gym.

Whenever I need to drop 10 to 20 pounds (like after the holidays and cold weather laziness) I order this product. It gives me energy, it suppresses any type of food cravings and allows me to get through the day without feeling hungry all the time. Do not take after 3pm or you may have issues falling asleep. I can drop 20 pounds in a month on this product - no problem! Highly recommend it!

These pills are amazing. They work wonders. I took half a pill and went to the gym everyday In one month I lost over 20 pounds! Make sure it's the one containing Ephedra.
