The Stress-Less Weight Control product by Irwin Naturals works well. I noticed weight loss, especially around the abdominal area. I am not dissapointed.

I alternate and/or take with System Six. I really have confidence in the Irwin Naturals products. Much cheaper buying online from e-vitamins than purchasing in specialty stores.
